Ribolla Gialla

This ancient white grape variety had its origins in the Collio Goriziano, and has today spread to our hills thanks to the favourable sunny position of the vineyards producing grapes of superior and well appreciated quality. The grape cluster is cylindrical medium-small sized. The wine is straw-yellow to greenish. The bouquet is quite noticeable and well developed. The flavour is full and dry. It ages very well and performs at its best when served with fish dishes.
